How do I sign up for paperless billing?
To sign up for paperless billing, you will need to set up an online account with us.
To create an online account, click on My Account. Click on Sign Up then fill in each field of the registration form. You will need to have your GMP account number which you can find on your energy statement.
The account will automatically be set up for paperless billing unless you manually change it under Billing Options.
If you already have an online account, log in to My Account. Scroll down the page to the “Account Settings” section. Under billing options, click on the toggle next to “Bill Delivery” and provide your desired email address for eBill delivery. Click on the checkmark to confirm. You’re now signed up for paperless billing.
