If you use life support equipment, we strongly encourage you to have a back-up plan in place in case we are not able to get to your home quickly to restore power. Although we often are able to give priority to customers on life support equipment, in widespread outages it is generally not possible and the outage could be lengthy. If you need help thinking through your back-up plan, please call a customer service representative at 1-888-835-4672 so that we can refer you to the proper agency for help.
